Ticket Step Process: Complete Ticket
When work is completed by the Developer and after it has been initially reviewed by your Project Manager, it is ready for your final review and completion. Once you complete a Ticket, payment is released to the developer and Project Manager who worked on the Ticket - if you find any errors or incomplete items, you can notify the Project Manager by marking the Ticket incomplete and the Developer and Project Manager will address any remaining issues per your feedback until they are resolved and the ticket can finally be completed.
