A: When you schedule a "Phone Call" at PeaceofCode.com, you are able to talk with a designated Project Manager who will discuss any aspect of your website or mobile application development needs. This can include any of the following:
- Update or correct information within a "Project Profile": if you are confused as to how to complete the information required to complete the "Project Profile" information required to work on a given project, then your Project Manager can assist you with locating and completing this information.
- Help to create a new "Ticket": if you would prefer to tell a live person your work requests without creating tickets yourself, your Project Manager can assist you with creating tickets and clarifying the scope of work to be completed for each work request.
- Edit or clarify an existing "Ticket": if you are having trouble defining your work in development terms, your Project Manager can help you clarify your work request so that an accurate bid can be provided for your scope of work.
- Develop "Blueprints": any custom web or mobile development, especially for new web and mobile applications, needs to be sufficiently docuemented with "blueprints" that show the complete functionality of the desired component. Customers can save money by producing adequate software architecture themselves - if you just want to explain an idea or concept to a live person and have that person produce blueprints to turn your idea into a fully defined scope of work, your Project Manager can help you produce sufficient documentation that can be used to create a complete bid for the work at either PeaceofCode or other developer.
Please Note: Phonecalls are billed on a "per scheduled minute" of phone time and DO NOT include any airtime or other charges or fees that may be billed to you by your telephone provider (we do offer Skype and GTalk support), and due to the first-come-first-serve and limited availability of our Project Manager's time, refunds are not offered once a Phone Call is scheduled.
