A: A "ticket" is an individual set of work instructions for creating or fixing a website or mobile application.
For example, if you own a website, and wanted to change your background color from "white" (#ffffff) to "grey" (#666666), then you could make a ticket detailing these instructions and submit it to our project managers.
A project manager will then review your ticket with a developer and agree on a set amount of time to complete this work, perhaps 10 minutes would be the set time, and a total bid price would be sent to you.
